The IUCN Global Standard for Nature-based Solutions aims to ensure the quality and credibility of nature-based solutions and to expedite their deployment. Having been developed by the IUCN Ecosystem Management Programme and Commission on Ecosystem Management, the standard comprises a set of nine criteria and associated indicators that serve to promote best practice.
